Context : The consulting program is for the >Global Business Area of a global industrial company that experienced several mergers and acquisitions over the past ten years and a major transformation in 2020.
Demand: The General Manager wants to have a clear photograph of its population of technical experts around the world to set up a strategic plan for jobs and talents that would fit the 5-year business plan.
Course of action: Momentum Partnership was asked to assist the company in designing this project by creating, collaboratively with the teams, a bespoke tool designed to assess experts and map them on a global reference grid. In that respect, we drew on the interviews of 100 experts in 18 countries to highlight the risks and opportunities pertaining to human capital.
Results: The experts were positioned on a global reference grid in coordination with the referent experts, and thus providing the means for the company to forecast its workforce and talent planning for the next five years. The project also included an offer to develop Corporate Knowledge Management in order to accelerate the transfer of knowledge within the company byways of digital and human communication.
